چکیده
Monoclonal Antibodies, also known as mAbs or mOAbs, are artificial antibodies produced in laboratories. These proteins assist the immune system recognizing, tagging, and destroying cells a number of different ways. By tagging antigens foreign when body is unable to recognize these cells, they activate destroy cells. largely preferred over polyclonal due their specificity targeted treatment. This makes them incredibly useful can be used treat any cell-based pathogen-related disease, including cancer. made help recognize, tag block receptors cancerous without side effects other immunotherapies such chemotherapy radiation therapy. There currently many mAb drugs on market for cancer, that either murine, chimeric, humanized human. We explore current methods monoclonal applications, well possible treatments centered around immunotherapy. IT may us continue expanding by changing conditions under which work, change reduce production time make more accessible public.

Therapeutic Applications of Monoclonal Antibodies in Multiple Sclerosis
Despite the various therapies available, the use of monoclonal antibodies is a highly specific approach that has only recently been of interest to researchers. The properties of antibodies have led to their use in the treatment of various diseases, including cancer, Alzheimer's disease, diabetes and multiple sclerosis (MS). MS, a chronic inflammatory disease, occurs commonly in young adults. Th...

SUMMARY Monoclonal Antibodies are identical antibodies and Can be generated in ultimated amounts by countinuos cultures of single antibody- secreting cells. These cell lines are produced by cell fusion of normal lymphocytes to cells of a myeloma tumor cell line, which confers on the antibody producing hybrid cell, immortality and the ability grow as atumor in animals. monoclonal antibodies c...
متن کاملAntiepidermal Growth Factor Receptor Monoclonal Antibodies: Applications in Colorectal Cancer
Patients with metastatic colorectal cancer have a poor prognosis and present a challenge to clinicians. The role of the antiepidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) pathway in tumorogenesis and tumor progression has been well defined. This paper will review the use of anti-EGFR monoclonal antibodies in the treatment of operable, as well as metastatic colorectal cancer both in the setting of KRAS...
متن کاملBispecific antibodies and their applications
Bispecific antibodies (BsAbs) recognize two different epitopes. This dual specificity opens up a wide range of applications, including redirecting T cells to tumor cells, blocking two different signaling pathways simultaneously, dual targeting of different disease mediators, and delivering payloads to targeted sites. The approval of catumaxomab (anti-EpCAM and anti-CD3) and blinatumomab (anti-C...
